I have a passion for helping others and being a support in the toughest of times. I enjoy taking the barriers in life and using them as the fuel to wellness. I use an eclectic view, that takes each individual, and utilizes their unique characteristics, to jointly create the best treatment plan. I have been trained with an assortment of clinical practices, including CBT, DBT, ACT, psychodynamic, solution focused and Motivational Interviewing.
