I am a clinical social worker who aims to create a safe, nonjudgmental environment where clients can explore their behaviors, habits, and emotions openly and at their own pace. My approach is grounded in evidence-based practices while remaining flexible and tailored to each person’s unique experiences, strengths, and goals. I specialize in helping clients who live with anxiety, depression, OCD, and trauma and support clients who are working to navigate life transitions, parenting, and relationships.
