Hi all! I'm a Licensed Therapist in Florida and I truly enjoy working with adolescents & adults struggling with anxiety, depression, stress, social issues, and oppressive issues. Over the last few years, I've been lucky enough to work with a diverse population of clients, including those experiencing mental health concerns, houselessness, racial oppression, and gender dysphoria. This has helped me develop a number of creative, client-centered, and community-centered techniques designed to help clients identify their current strengths & challenges, and to develop treatment plans that allow them to track progress throughout treatment.
