I would love to provide a safe place for you if you are experiencing stress or lack of control, or have been exposed to trauma (indoctrination/religious harm or trauma), or seeking to deconstruct and understand your OWN beliefs and values in an authentic way. For couples and families, it is my goal to help you communicate effectively, love more openly, increase vulnerability, and set healthy boundaries in your relationship.
