I'm passionate about working alongside my clients to help them feel empowered as they navigate life transitions, create meaningful change in their lives, and process trauma and stress in a welcoming environment. We can look at underlying themes that contribute to life cycles and work on changing unhelpful thought and behavioral patterns. I offer an affirming, nonjudgemental space for clients to explore their thoughts, feelings, and lived experiences and use a combined approach to facilitate growth and healing. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with 5+ years of experience in the mental health field. I graduated from Western Illinois University with a Master of Science in Counselor Education, Clinical Mental Health. I’ve worked with mental health conditions including anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, trauma and stressor-related disorders, and grief/loss.
