If past experiences or trauma still feel present in your day-to-day life, if anxiety feels like it’s always running in the background, or if your relationship with your body feels complicated or exhausting, you may be my ideal client. Many people I work with feel overwhelmed, stuck in self-critical patterns, or disconnected from themselves, even when they appear “fine” on the outside. I work best with clients who are curious about understanding why they feel the way they do and are open to exploring their inner world at their own pace. I believe therapy should feel collaborative, supportive, realistic, and human.
