I am an LSW specializing in a range of mental health diagnoses for patients from all walks of life who want to process trauma or work through grief. I’m especially passionate about helping adolescents and their parents. If your child is struggling with emotional regulation, trauma, or loss, or you are looking for ways to reduce conflict, improve communication, and establish a healthier family experience, then I am here for you. I provide a warm, safe, creatively individualized space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered after each session. I look forward to helping you feel more confident, capable, and connected.
