I work with individuals impacted by trauma who are ready to begin the journey toward healing and self-discovery. Trauma can leave lasting emotional scars that shape how we see ourselves and the world. In therapy, I offer a safe, supportive space to explore those experiences, reduce distress, and rebuild a sense of safety and strength. My goal is to help clients move from surviving to truly living—finding peace, purpose, and confidence in their own story.
