I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Certified Perinatal Mental Health Clinician. I direct our practice’s perinatal program, New Moon Perinatal Therapy, and specialize in supporting individuals and couples through the emotional complexities of trying to conceive, infertility, pregnancy, loss, postpartum, and parenting. I aim to create a space where you can exhale, feel understood, and make sense of what’s unfolding—whether you're coping with infertility, grief, postpartum anxiety or depression, the identity shifts of parenthood, or couples issues. With a background in early childhood therapy, I understand the parent-child bond and what kids need to thrive. I support parents—especially those raising kids with ADHD, anxiety, or big emotions—who feel overwhelmed and want to feel more grounded, confident, and equipped with practical tools.
