Everyone deserves to feel safe in their mind, body and environment. If you've dealt with trauma, tumultuous relationships, or adverse childhood experiences, this sense of safety may be unfamiliar. I specialize in helping individuals heal from trauma associated with childhood abuse/neglect, intimate partner violence, emotional abuse, and sexual assault. I also have a deep understanding of intersectionality and approach therapy through a culturally responsive lens; taking into consideration the impact of systems of oppression, marginalization and historical/racial trauma. I am dedicated to serving BIPOC and LGBTQ communities!
