I am passionate about supporting adolescents and adults of all life stages navigating grief and loss, trauma-related symptoms, relationship and family-of-origin issues, identity exploration, and attachment-related concerns. I also support couples navigating conflict in their relationship, communication difficulties, feelings of disconnection, and a lack of emotional and physical intimacy. I am LGBTQIA+ allied and strive to provide a safe space for individuals of all cultural backgrounds, spiritualities, gender identities, and sexual orientations to feel supported and empowered in their healing.
