Hi, I’m Haley! Pictured with me is my co-therapist Mowgli. I work primarily with adolescents and adults and specialize in trauma, mood disorders, relationship challenges/interpersonal conflict, grief, life transitions, stress, breaking unhealthy habits, and criminal justice system involvement. I also have a great deal of experience with neurodivergence, identity confusion, co-occurring substance use disorders, and personality disorders. Clients describe me as warm, caring, down-to-earth, and easy to talk to. I bring a calming and passionate presence to sessions, making space for humor, honesty, and deep conversations. Many clients share things with me they’ve never told anyone before. I am non-judgmental, flexible, and understanding of the importance of cultural sensitivity and beliefs. To me, therapy should be a collaborative process as you are the expert of your own life. I use strength-based, client-centered, and integrative approaches based on individual needs.
