Sometimes we need help resolving painful and difficult experiences, strengthening our emotional muscles, and finding new paths in our lives. I am dedicated to helping people live their lives in a way that best reflects and supports who they are and who they want to be. I consider it a special trust to listen—as an unbiased third party—and help others process their thoughts, feelings, and experiences so that they can move forward. I use my training in clinical psychology to carefully consider the complexities of life’s challenges and help people see themselves and their choices in new ways. This means I believe in the equal partnership between myself and my client and that experiences and patterns of behavior in our past affect who we are now.
