Hi! I am a licensed clinical psychologist and specialize in the treatment of clients experiencing symptoms of trauma and interpersonal violence. My therapeutic approach is warm and nonjudgmental, and it stems from an attachment perspective. I believe mental health and general well-being is equally rooted in relationships as it is in individual processes. In my view, the goal of therapy is to collaboratively explore ways to be mentally and emotionally flexible, adaptable, and stable.
