You don't have to walk alone in your journey. Showing vulnerability takes courage. Healing often requires us to face parts of ourselves we would rather avoid. But in the end, we are all human - imperfect and complex. There is no shame in seeking therapy and support. In fact, it demonstrates remarkable strength.
