Seeking therapy can be an intimidating process, it takes a lot of courage to begin this journey! My passion is to help individuals and couples live their most beneficial and rewarding lives. I have worked extensively with grief, relationship difficulties, anxiety, depression, addiction, trauma, and much more. I am of Christian faith but am open to working with any religious orientations. I have had the pleasure of working with individuals from all different ages, cultures, backgrounds, and religions. I look forward to getting to know you on a individual basis and helping you navigate your world and experiences.
