Hi, I’m Haley Rigdon, a licensed clinical social worker with over 6 years of professional experience supporting individuals through life’s most challenging moments. I attended Georgia State University and received a bachelors degree in psychology, then attended University of Georgia for my masters in social work. I specialize in helping clients work through stress and anxiety, trauma and abuse, depression and grief, low self-esteem and body dysmorphia, burnout and motivation, toxic relationships and breakups, and other struggles. I believe that no two people are the same—and neither are their therapeutic journeys.
