Hi, I’m Haley Rigdon, LCSW, a trauma-informed, integrative therapist with deep roots in working with individuals and families impacted by abuse and neglect. My first three years, I worked primarily with children from low-income communities, helping them process trauma in a way that felt safe and empowering using Art and Play Therapies. Now, I work with adults and teens, and I’ve seen many clients carry the weight of complex PTSD from adverse childhood experiences. I know that the scars can run deep and can negatively affect your ability to be productive at work and your behavior in relationships.
