If you are feeling lost, uncertain of who you are or who you want to be, are struggling to manage life stressors, change, or grief, or wish you knew someone who would listen to understand and see you, I may be able to help. I will work with you to identify, manage, and process barriers that keep you from being your best self and living your best life. I believe in the power and worth of my clients and work alongside them until they believe it themselves. We have all abandoned or exiled parts of ourselves at one point or another. I work with clients to bring light to their shadows and disarm their shame, so it can be transformed.
