I specialize in couples, teenagers, and young adults with anxiety and depression. I’m LGBTQIA+ affirming and work with people from all cultural backgrounds. I love working with families who can’t seem to understand each other or can’t stop fighting. As a 2nd generation immigrant myself, I work a lot with generational differences in multicultural families. If you’re new to therapy, welcome! It can be a deeply challenging and rewarding process, but we’ll be in it together. Therapy is a relationship between a client and a therapist, not a one-way street. I’ll be my genuine, imperfect self, and you be yours.
