Sometimes we don't realize the desperate need for an intentional pause. In a world that constantly demands we show up differently, it can be easy to feel weighed down by our experiences, emotions, and expectations—both of ourselves and of others. I work with kids, teens, and families that feel overwhelmed, stuck in generational cycles, or burdened by trauma. Together, we put words to experiences, understand attachment patterns, and rise beyond unproductive patterns of coping.
