I currently see clients in person in New Jersey and through Telehealth in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania. As an insight-oriented therapist and Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I offer a clear but supportive approach to help you examine the dynamics and patterns that influence your relationships—with others and yourself. I deeply value the therapeutic relationship: the bond between therapist and client can itself be healing, allowing you to identify and work through links between earlier experiences and present concerns. I also believe in empowering clients by fostering understanding and supporting internal healing processes. I work with adults and young adults, supporting them in self-exploration and helping them uncover the roots of emotional struggles. Together we will emphasize expanding self-awareness, building resilience, and developing strategies that create lasting change. My goal is to help you examine barriers to well-being with compassion and encourage growth.
