I work with adults who are feeling worn down, overwhelmed, or unsettled, often in relation to work stress, health concerns, or relationship patterns that have become difficult to manage. Many people I work with have already been trying to understand what’s happening but still feel stuck or depleted. Therapy with me is collaborative, exploratory, and grounded in real life. We slow things down enough to look carefully at patterns, capacity, and what’s actually sustainable, paying attention to both emotional and physical aspects of stress.
