Hi there! Welcome, and I am glad you are here. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, I have been working with individuals, and families for the past seven years in private clinics, day treatment, and school based settings. Taking the first step in therapy is always the hardest part, but every step after that I will be there to help support you in your personal growth and development. In working with me, I will provide a safe, empathic, supportive, and genuine relationship to help you work through whatever brings you in. My approach is first and foremost person-centered, meaning you are my main priority every time I sit down with you. Additionally, I work with Gestalt Therapy bringing into focus all of your parts, and connection to your body, as well as ACT, CBT, DBT, as well as expressive arts modalities to support verbal and emotional processing.
