My ideal clients include children, adolescents, teens, and parents seeking support with behavioral concerns, mood difficulties, and parenting challenges. Many families come in feeling overwhelmed, unsure how to help, or wanting better tools to support emotional growth and stability at home. I work with individuals and/or families to address behavioral challenges, mood concerns, and emotional regulation using trauma-informed, evidence-based approaches. My work supports children and teens while helping caregivers strengthen communication and confidence in their parenting.
