Hello! I'm Haley, a Licensed Professional Counselor and Supervisor dedicated to helping individuals heal from foundational trauma that continues to impact their lives. My work is rooted in empathy, compassion, and a deep understanding that life can be incredibly hard—but we are not meant to walk through it alone. Therapy with me is a collaborative and nurturing experience. I provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can explore the most vulnerable parts of yourself. My approach is trauma-informed and grounded in a systems perspective-recognizing that we are all shaped by the relationships and environments around us.
