Living with anxiety and intrusive thoughts can feel overwhelming and, at times, exhausting. Many people with OCD go years without receiving an accurate diagnosis or the support they need, leaving them feeling stuck and alone. My passion is helping individuals 16 and older find hope, understanding, and evidence-based strategies to manage their symptoms and reclaim their lives.
