I love working with teens and young adults who are trying to find their footing while navigating anxiety, self-doubt, or the weight of past experiences. Many feel stuck in patterns of perfectionism, people-pleasing, or overthinking that keep them from feeling at peace. My clients are caring and insightful, even when they dont see that in themselves yet. Most reach out when coping alone stops working or when anxiety and self-criticism start to affect school, work, or relationships, and theyre ready for things to feel lighter. I use CBT, DBT, and Trauma-Focused CBT to help clients understand patterns, set boundaries, and build confidence. My warm, collaborative style blends practical tools with gentle challenges so growth feels safe, supported, and achievable.
