Hello there and welcome! I am a licensed clinical social worker dedicated to supporting individuals on their journey toward emotional well-being and personal growth. Life can be challenging, and seeking help is a courageous and important step. My approach is rooted in empathy, respect, and a deep understanding of the unique struggles each person faces. I work with individuals who struggle with trauma, anxiety and depression, perinatal mood disorders, as well as couples therapy. I utilize therapy modalities such as SFBT, MI and CBT. I hold additional certifications as a CCTP and CYMHS.
