Everyone has their own story and therapeutic journey. My practice beliefs are based on the idea that there is no "standard" therapy process, and instead, should be person-centered. My goal is to provide you with a safe space to process life stressors and to explore, strengthen, and maintain skills in order to better manage symptoms of trauma, depression or anxiety.
