Marriage and relationships are difficult - and anyone that tells you otherwise is lying. It takes work to be present with each other in the easiest times, and is often a struggle when things are difficult. As a client-focused therapist, my goal is to help individuals and couples delve into the yuck and work together to make sense of the chaos that we are experiencing. Often times the chaos and noise combines to create a feeling of distance in a relationship - leaving what was once a partnership feeling more like roommates. I aspire to help couples overcome the obstacles, and move forward in a way that feels safe and healthy.
