I have found that when we are our most powerful, resilient selves on the inside, we can show up as our full selves in the world. It's my greatest hope that in working together, you will find a place inside yourself of acceptance & radical compassion. I will accompany you as guide in journeying to the hardest and scariest parts of yourself that you haven’t felt safe to share or see. I believe taking care of ourselves is strategic to social change. I support people who dedicate their lives to helping others, and oftentimes lose themselves in the process. I'm an EMDR and IFS trained clinician and specialize in the treatment of trauma with a specific focus on birth & postpartum trauma, new parenting, queer invisibility, parent/child adult relationships, and managing neurodiversity. I love working with activists and organizers, artists, healers/therapists, and the LGBTQIA+ community.
