I work with a wide range of issues, from depression, anxiety, self-esteem or relationship problems to "stuck in a rut." My goal is to help you reach your goal. Therapy doesn't have to be a life sentence. It can be a few sessions or a few years. My goal is to help you identify barriers that are causing you problems and give you the tools so you can start living the life you want and deserve!
