If you are tired of carrying the weight of past trauma or feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, you are in the right place. My goal is to create a safe space where you can feel deeply understood, where we can work together toward healing. I am an LGBTQIA+ affirming therapist who specializes in working with anxiety and childhood, religious, and sexual traumas. I am also passionate about women's health and have experience working with people who are pregnant, postpartum, or trying to start a family.
