As a dedicated and compassionate Marriage and Family Therapy Student Intern, I’m passionate about helping individuals, couples, and families work through challenges and strengthen their connections. I believe every person and relationship has the capacity for growth, and I focus on creating a safe, supportive space where you can explore, heal, and thrive. I take a holistic approach, believing that caring for the mind and body together—including health and physical fitness—can greatly ease mental health struggles.
