Sometimes life, past history, current events, and outside factors imapct your life in a way that makes it difficult to show up the way you want to. I provide a safe and warm environment to come as you are and explore the parts of life that are getting in the way of the things you desire. I am a trauma specialist utillizing EMDR therapy to support healing and change over time. I also work closely with individuals suffering from addiction in all of its many forms to break or adjust habits that are stopping the successes you want to achieve.
