We may not always remember the exact words spoken, but we remember how someone made us feel. My goal as a therapist is to create a space where you feel safe, seen, and supported—one where trust becomes the foundation for honest and meaningful conversations. I’ve had the opportunity to live in several countries, and this exposure to diverse cultures has shaped me to be adaptable, sensitive, and deeply respectful of people’s differences. While each culture holds its own unique values and beliefs, one truth has remained clear to me: the power of a genuine and safe relationship. That truth lies at the heart of my work. I approach therapy with warmth, curiosity, and clinical insight, drawing from Psychodynamic, IFS, and Attachment-based frameworks while integrating practical tools from CBT, solution-focused therapy, and play therapy. My hope is to provide care that is both genuine and grounded, supporting clients as they take steps toward uncovering, healing, and growing.
