Welcome! I enjoy working with clients ages 2 - 30. My specialty areas include assisting those dealing with anxiety, and depression, as well as loss and grief. I also enjoy working with holistic modalities including working with crystals, medication, and working with essential oils. I am available for in-person and virtual sessions. Therapy is essentially a series of conversations in which you and I create meaningful solutions to help you cope with anxiety, trauma, or grief. I know that positive change and deep healing are possible. I'm here to listen and support you in your healing.
