I help adults and young adults loosen the chains that hold them back from living a life of greater freedom and fulfillment. As a therapist, I aim to help you uncover what makes your heart sing, sit with you as you explore what shows up when things don’t go the way you hoped, and offer alternative ways of responding, especially when current patterns are no longer serving you. I work with adults and young adults facing anxiety (panic, phobias, OCD), trauma (PTSD, childhood or intergenerational), shame tied to rigid internalized identities, emotional or relational difficulties, people-pleasing patterns, and queer/ENM/kink identities.
