Therapy can be a supportive space to slow down, make sense of what you’re experiencing, and feel less alone. I work with older teens and young adults who are dealing with anxiety, sadness or loneliness, relationship stress, self-doubt, and the pressure that comes with new roles and responsibilities. Many of my clients feel stuck, burned out, or disconnected even when things appear "fine" on the outside.
