Parenting a child or teen who feels anxious, withdrawn, or overwhelmed can be tough. I help kids and teens work through anxiety, depression, and family challenges while building confidence and healthier ways to cope. My approach is warm, person-centered, and focused on creating a safe space where your child feels understood and supported. In sessions, I use play, art, and reflection to help kids express emotions and strengthen their sense of self. I also draw from CBT, EMDR, and attachment-based approaches, with parent involvement to reinforce growth at home. My goal is for your child to feel more confident, capable, and connected.
