I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor and Provisional Art Therapist based out of Ellie Mental Health in Olathe, KS. I’m here to help you create real, lasting change. Together, we’ll build a space where you feel safe, supported, and empowered to become the best version of yourself. I work with a wide range of individuals, including LGBTQIA+ individuals, children (10+), teens, and adults. I also offer couples/marriage counseling, and family therapy. I support those dealing with emotional disturbance, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, life transitions, family conflict, grief, chronic stress, and self-esteem building. I draw from a range of therapeutic approaches—including Person-Centered Therapy, Gestalt Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), CBT, Mindfulness, and Art Therapy—to support what matters most to you. My work is grounded in your strengths, helping you navigate life’s challenges with compassion and at a pace that feels right for you.
