I work with children, teens, and young adults who often feel overwhelmed by anxiety, panic attacks, or struggles with self-esteem. They may grapple with big emotions, behavioral challenges, or navigating life through the lens of neurodivergence (such as ADHD or autism). Many of my clients feel misunderstood or unseen. They- and their loved ones- are seeking practical tools, genuine understanding, and meaningful relief. They want to feel calmer, more confident, and supported by someone who genuinely honors their individuality, including LGBTQIA+ identities, and provides actionable strategies they can rely on every day.
