I have worked with adults in a variety of mental health settings at all levels of care, and facilitated individual, family, and couples therapy sessions. I have over 13 years of experience, and my primary specialties are eating disorders, anxiety disorders, mood disorders, ADHD, life transitions, interpersonal relationships, and infertility. I am very client-centered, and aim to empower my clients to find their voice to best communicate their needs. Your needs matter and you are worth it.
