You show up for everyone else. Let’s make space for you. I work with adults navigating stress, burnout, anxiety, and the impact of trauma - especially those in caregiving roles or working in social services. Many of my clients feel emotionally depleted, stuck in patterns that no longer serve them, or unsure how to care for themselves while holding space for others. A core part of my clinical work has been supporting frontline workers who were deeply impacted by the COVID-19 crisis, many of whom are still carrying the emotional weight of that time.
