Hi, I'm Hanna. I have two main convictions as a counselor. The first is that healing begins with being heard. The second is in the resilience of the human spirit. I use these beliefs to guide my work with clients who are struggling with symptoms &/or making the conscious choice to evolve. This is a deeply personal experience & there is no one size fits-all. Every therapeutic relationship & life journey is different, but you can trust that I will meet you wherever you are at, emotionally and mentally. Over time, we will deconstruct life where it's needed so that we can build a future that feels better for your mental health and soul. Through the process, I will carefully and thoughtfully help you to identify stories, beliefs, behaviors, and ways of relating to Self and others that are no longer working, while reinforcing the parts that are. In particular, I have found my niche in helping clients recover from depression and trauma, and I love to incorporate clients' spiritual beliefs.
