Trauma can affect various aspects of a person’s life including self-trust and one’s sense of identity. Exploring the interaction between these factors can help provide context for how one thinks, feels, and experiences life. The goal is to encourage exploration, promote healing, and reflection through curiosity and collaboration. I have worked with adolescents, teens, and adults who face struggles with people pleasing, complex trauma, PTSD, anxiety and depression.
