Hardship is part of our human experience. Suffering extends a painful, yet profound invitation to grow personally and deepen our connection to others. I join people on their brave journeys through pain because, at my core, I believe wounds can be healed and hope found. My therapeutic style may be described as relational and experiential. I’m known to be a warm, curious, and compassionate person who listens deeply. My clinical practice focuses on individual therapy with adults experiencing anxiety, grief, trauma, and relationship concerns. I have experience in community mental health and private practice settings. I offer faith integrated counseling. I have an interest in working with artists and, as an actor myself, recognize the unique hardships often faced by those in the arts. I work with people with intersecting identities and conflicting roles in life and guide them from inner turmoil to greater alignment. I offer a safe place to sit with complex questions.
