Together, we’ll use tools like EFT tapping, bilateral stimulation, expressive arts, DBT, and CBT to help you move through the heaviness and reconnect with yourself, one step at a time. I offer trauma-informed therapy that supports your healing—mind, body, and heart. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, grief, trauma, or just feeling overwhelmed, we’ll work together to get to the root of what’s going on.
