Therapy is an opportunity to gain insight and improve your mental and emotional wellness. I am open to sharing my skill sets and working alongside you to provide support on your journey to unpack and discover the ways in which you can thrive and come home to yourself. I work primarily with children, adolescents, and women coping with anxiety, depression, life transitions, grief, and relationship issues.
